Atlantic Parks offer you as many options as you want and that is the wonderful thing about the service that you will get. When you buy from a small company like ours you get personal attention.
Firstly you have the choice of build styles; either 60mm of insulation in the cavity walls or 120mm – which is our luxury and eco-home standard.
Standard Timber Lodge Design
The outside of your home will be made of timber beams as seen in the pictures. The inside living area is wood panelled and you have a choice of finishes. You can keep wood throughout, have a smooth painted finish or even tiled like in the bathrooms and kitchen.
The only real way to choose is to come and see for yourself. Our new show homes are built to demonstrate the different options that you have and you can will get a feel for each room.
You also get to pick the size of your home; 50m2, 60m2, 70m2, or even bigger. You also get to choose between 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, or maybe even 3!
Luxury Timber Lodge Design
If you are buying to rent then we supply the home design shown above with an ample deck to enjoy the out door living. Many of our residents have chosen to have a bigger wraparound deck and incorporate a barbecue area.
