Here at Atlantic Parks we know what a big decision it is to buy a home in Spain so we offer a customer guarantee second to none to take the worry out of your purchase. Unlike any other company we go the extra distance to give our customers peace of mind.
- Clients are free to leave the Park at any time with no penalty.
- If clients leave the Park having paid the ground rent up to 4 years in advance, they will be refunded on the years paid excluding the current year.
- If Atlantic Forest Park fails to provide the services stipulated in the rental contract clients are entitled to a 50% refund on annual rent.
- If a client should not be happy in Atlantic Forest Park and wish to leave for any reason within the first 5 years of occupancy Atlantic Parks will offer them either; an alternative park with no entrance fee or installation charge or; to sell their home for them for the current retail price of an equivalent new home (the home must be in good order and repair).
- All the above clauses do not affect customers’ statutory rights or the terms of any manufacturer’s guarantee.
